Farm to Table
Connecting Florida agriculture to the kitchen — local-food discovery, food-safety resources, tested recipes and the future WWF test-kitchen standard.
Food Starts with Agriculture
Before food reaches the kitchen, it starts on a farm. These resources connect Florida consumers with the agricultural systems, local producers and food-safety knowledge that make good food possible.
Find Florida Food
Search the WWF Florida agriculture directory for farms, farmers markets, u-pick operations, farm stands and agritourism destinations across all 67 Florida counties. Free public resource — no account required.
Fresh From Florida Recipes
The Florida Department of Agriculture's Fresh From Florida program publishes seasonal recipes featuring Florida-grown ingredients. An authoritative, state-maintained resource for cooking with local produce, seafood and dairy.
Preserve Food Safely
Home food preservation — canning, freezing, dehydrating and fermenting — requires science-based methods to prevent foodborne illness. WWF compiles authoritative food-preservation resources from USDA, NCHFP and UF/IFAS extension.
Future WWF Test Kitchen
When WWF production systems are operational, the farm plans to develop and publish test-kitchen recipes using WWF-grown ingredients. Each recipe will document the specific product used (variety, harvest date, storage method), preparation technique, and results — with honest assessment of what worked and what did not.
Test-kitchen content will follow the same evidence standard as all WWF publications: sourced, labeled, versioned and honest. Recipes will not be published until the ingredients they call for are in current production at WWF.
Test Kitchen Standard
Recipes developed with WWF-grown ingredients, documented with variety, harvest date and honest results — published only when ingredients are in current production.
